But, be sure you allow plenty of time to talk about it, because he is sure to engage your time with his passion for scuba.

Cecilia Rucker

PADI IDC Staff Instructor

Cecilia started diving in 1990, because her husband kept “bugging her” about    it.  Now she’s an IDC Staff Instructor, an EFR Instructor, and can teach numerous specialties.  She has coined the phrase “DISCOVER THE MAGIC OF DIVING” because of her love of diving and teaching.  If you ask her what her favorite Caribbean spot is, she’ll smile and say “they all are”, just give her the sun and water.  You can’t miss her at the dive site for two reasons, the multi-colored  fish skin she wears and her ever-present smile.

Cecilia attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and is currently attending Troy University to obtain her BS in Sports and Fitness Management. She has a passion to help others first realize, then achieve their dreams!
