Tim Kennedy
PADI Open Water
Scuba Instructor
Tim’s interests are
diverse, from motorcycling, to woodworking, to scuba.
His adventures in diving began in 1999 when he talked
the whole family into getting certified. Since then he
and his wife have taken the opportunity to travel
throughout the Caribbean and to Australia. He has
continued to pursue diverse areas of scuba, currently
studying technical diving, and is a certified gas
blender. As an Open Water Instructor, Tim is always
thinking of ways to tailor his teaching to the
individual. His students have said his attentiveness
assures success for everyone, men women and children
alike. Tim believes there is
always something new to learn and somewhere new to go.
Let’s go diving!

Cecilia Rucker
PADI IDC Staff Instructor
Cecilia started diving in
1990, because her husband kept “bugging her” about
it. Now she’s an IDC Staff Instructor, an EFR Instructor,
and can teach numerous specialties. She has coined the
phrase “DISCOVER THE MAGIC OF DIVING” because of her love of
diving and teaching. If you ask her what her favorite
Caribbean spot is, she’ll smile and say “they all are”, just
give her the sun and water. You can’t miss her at the dive
site for two reasons, the multi-colored fish skin she
wears and her ever-present smile.
Cecilia attended the
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and is currently
attending Troy University to obtain her BS in Sports and
Fitness Management. She has a passion to help others first
realize, then achieve their dreams!

Conrad Rucker
PADI Course Director
Course Director, Conrad
Rucker, is an incredible mentor and instructor and has a
true passion and love for the sport of scuba diving. After
watching the show “Sea Hunt” he began his diving career in
1978 and now has made a
commitment to help others “Discover the Magic of Teaching”.
He exemplifies the high standards that PADI has
set, and thrives on seeing others reach their potential. At
6’4” and 260lbs (former tight end for the Houston Oilers and
Tampa Bay Buc’s) he has a presence about him that others
gravitate to. Because of his tremendous thirst for
knowledge and with thousands of dives under his belt, he
immediately commands your attention and respect when he
begins to speak, or tells one of his famous dive stories.
Cozumel still holds the spot as his
